The seller is the supplier of the product. Its name and address are communicated during the confirmation call and written on the delivery documents.

Prices are shown in Rwandan francs (RWF) and are paid in cash on delivery. This site does not ask for card, mobile money or bank details.
You may refuse the package when it is presented to you. Consumer protection rules overseen by RICA remain unaffected.
