curalyra.store is operated by Curalyra, an information catalogue. For any question about your personal data, contact privacy@curalyra.store.
Your name and telephone number entered in the order form, the product page from which you sent it, and basic technical data of the visit, such as the IP address in the server log. No card, mobile money or bank data is requested.
The request is transferred to the product's supplier so that its representative can call you, confirm the order and organise delivery.
Processing follows Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy, resting on your consent when you submit the form and on the steps needed to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery person. The request is sent as a message by a messaging service (Telegram). We do not sell data or build advertising profiles.
This site holds no customer database: requests are forwarded and server logs are erased after a short time. The supplier keeps order records as long as the law obliges it.
You can request access, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@curalyra.store. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of the NCSA.
