curalyra.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Kenya. Curalyra does not sell the products and is not a party to any sale.
The seller is the supplier of the product. You are told its name and address on the confirmation call, and they are printed on the delivery papers.
Submitting the form requests a call; it does not buy anything. A contract with the supplier starts once you accept the order over the phone.
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and are paid on delivery. This site never asks for card details or an M-Pesa PIN.
You may decline the parcel when it is delivered. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected.
