curalyra.store is run by Curalyra, an information catalogue. Questions about your personal data should go to privacy@curalyra.store.
Your name and phone number from the order form, the product page you were on, and basic technical details of the visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card details and M-Pesa information are never asked for.
Your details are passed to the product's supplier so that a consultant can phone you, confirm the order and set up delivery.
Your data is processed under the Data Protection Act, 2019, on the basis of the consent you give by sending the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request is relayed as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are created.
This site holds no customer database: requests are forwarded and server logs are wiped after a short period. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law demands.
