curalyra.store is an information catalogue for visitors in India. Curalyra is not a seller of the products and plays no part in the sale.
The product supplier is the seller. Its name and address are told to you on the confirmation call and appear on the delivery documents.
The form only asks for a call back and is not a purchase. A contract with the supplier is formed when you agree to the order on the phone.
Prices are in Indian rupees and are paid in cash on delivery. This site will never ask for card details, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
You may refuse the parcel when it is delivered. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 remain intact.
