Your name and mobile number from the order form, the product page you used, and the ordinary technical trail of a visit (browser, time and IP address in the server log). Card, UPI or bank information is never requested.
Your request is handed to the product's supplier so that its executive can phone you, verify the order and fix the delivery.
Processing follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rests on the consent you give by submitting the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier, only to the extent confirming and delivering the order needs. The request travels as a message on a messaging service (Telegram). Nothing is sold and no advertising profile is built.
No customer database is kept here. Requests are forwarded and server logs are erased at short intervals. The supplier retains its order records as long as the order and the law require.
