curalyra.store belongs to Curalyra, an information catalogue. Direct any question about your personal data to privacy@curalyra.store.
The name and number you put in the order form, the page of the product you were viewing and some technical details of your visit, such as the IP address in the server log. No bank, card or mobile money details are asked for.
Your request is sent to the supplier of the product so that its agent can contact you, confirm the order and organise the delivery.
Your data is handled in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), based on your consent when you send the form and on what is required to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, via it, the courier. The request is relayed as a message through a messaging service (Telegram). Nothing is sold, and no advertising profile is made.
No customer database exists here: requests are relayed and server logs are removed after a short period. The supplier holds order records as long as legal duties demand.
You may ask to see, correct or erase your data or object to its use by writing to privacy@curalyra.store. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
