Plant extracts in a cream let you work knees, elbows and wrists with your own hands.
The cream sinks in quickly, so you can rub it in and still handle tools or a phone.
Two or three short rubs, morning, noon and night, slot into the day with no preparation.

I do laundry for three households in Masaka and spend hours on my knees. A neighbour with a jar of Artifix suggested I try her cream.
I rub it in after the last basket and again before bed. I also sit on a low stool now instead of kneeling, and my knees feel easier.

Both work. Two or three light rubs spread across the day suit it better than one thick layer at night.
Give it around six weeks of daily rubbing. A few days is too short to tell whether it suits you.
It is applied on the skin only, so tablets are not affected. Painful or hot joints still need a doctor's check.
It is for adults. Keep it away from children, and test a small spot first if your skin is sensitive.
Only a name and a number. We do not ask for cards or mobile-money PINs.
The supplier's agent agrees with you on the delivery place, the quantity and the day.
You give the rider cash only after receiving the parcel.
