curalyra.store is operated by Curalyra, an information catalogue. Send questions on your personal data to privacy@curalyra.store.
The name and mobile number you type into the order form, the product page you used, and simple technical records of the visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card and mobile-money details are never requested.
The request goes to the product's supplier so that its adviser can ring you, confirm the order and arrange the delivery.
Personal data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, relying on the consent you give when you submit the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the rider. The request travels as a message on a messaging service (Telegram). Data is not sold and no advertising profile is built.
No customer database is kept on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted after a short time. The supplier holds order records for the period set by law.
Write to privacy@curalyra.store to see your data, have it corrected or erased, or object to its use. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
